Online Mindful Mama Yoga Classes

You will be guided through safe, gentle and mindful movements that support postpartum healing and regaining stability, flexibility and strength. All classes will be baby friendly and offer ways to entertain, educate, move and connect with your baby (up to 1 year old). Yoga means “union” so it’s also a great way to connect with your baby and other mamas! Class is 40 minutes and the remaining time will be dedicated toward checking in with one another to facilitate commUNITY.

Growing through Grief Series

This 6-week community focused group program involves a mind, body, soul approach to help work through the rollercoaster of responses to grief we experience. We will normalize grief and loss and learn how to cope through the use of yoga therapy tools (breath-work, meditation, self reflection, group sharing, mindful movement). Our greatest losses illustrate the impermanence of life so grief doesn’t necessarily just go away; however we CAN change our relationship to our grief and learn how to grow through what we go through. Grief can be our greatest teacher shining light, meaning and purpose on the present moment.

  • Group size is limited to 8 participants.

  • There will be some hOMework! Commitment to this program involves showing up each week AND doing some self care on your own:)
