Intake Session (90 min)

• $150 online or in person @ the Lov Shala / $175 in-person @ your home

Follow-up Sessions

• 60 min: $80 online or in person @ the Lov Shala / $125 in person @ your home

• 90 min: $120 online or in person @ the Lov Shala / $150 in person @ your home

Yoga Therapy Packages

• 3 (60-min) online sessions = $220 ($240 value)

• 3 (90-min) online sessions = $340 ($360 value)

  All packages are prepaid; guarantee and cancellation policy applies

Online Classes, Workshops & Programs

• Prenatal & Regular Yoga Classes: $11 per class / $36 for package of 4 classes ($9 ea) - current classes
